AUCTION WALK AROUND SERVICES
In this agreement, “AWA” refers to Auction Walk Around and/or its affiliates. “Contractor” refers to the named Auctioneer inspector providing services to bidders.
AWA connects qualified contractors with bidders through its YouTube channel and website to perform auction inspection services for vehicles and other listed items. The Contractor agrees to conduct Auction Walk Arounds for any bidder who requests them, covering local, live, simulcast, and online auctions.
All Auction Walk Around inspectors charge a fee for their services. As a bidder, you can browse and compare qualified inspectors through their YouTube channel and website to find the one that best fits your needs and budget. Keep in mind that when purchasing a complex or high-value item, hiring an Auction Walk Around inspector is a particularly wise investment—an expert eye on the ground can mean the difference between a confident bid and a costly mistake.
The Contractor shall provide professional inspection services on an as-needed basis, conducting walk arounds for vehicles and equipment on behalf of interested bidders.
All required documentation, including video and photos, must accompany each service request. When a bidder or their representative cannot attend a sale in person, the Contractor facilitates bidding in accordance with the auction company’s terms and conditions.
